Terms of Service

Quotations issued by EKA Logistics are indicative until a booking is confirmed and are subject to carrier space, equipment availability and applicable surcharges at the time of shipment.

All services are performed as a licensed NVOCC and freight forwarder under our house bill of lading terms and the standard trading conditions applicable in the country of the contracting office. Liability is limited accordingly; cargo insurance is available on request and is strongly recommended.

Shippers are responsible for accurate cargo descriptions, HS classification and compliance with export, import and sanctions regulations. Questions can be directed to info@ekalog.net.
